职位描述：
| Follow logistics strategy, coach and implement 3PL warehouse operation, including inventory management, pick and pack, transportation, return and replacement. Lead OPP staff to improve customer satisfaction level and provide Golden Rule service to sales force. |
主要职责：
1. Responsible for organization structure, systems and local operations that are aligned with Mary Kay standards and requirement. Manage 3PL to continuously improve operation efficiency and accuracy, achieve or exceed KPI target, focus on quality control standards and service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
2. Maintain relationships with logistics partners through logistics initiatives resolve customer / operational issues; enhance distribution network and solutions. Monitor and coordinate outsourced services on a day-to-day basis.
3. Manage OPPs (order picking points) to ensure standard work process and high quality service. Embrace corporate culture and influence 3rd party team to recognize our philosophy and provide Golden Rule Service to Sales Force
4. Analyze performances and service problems, and coordinate with logistics team and service providers for improvement actions.
5. Supervise and drive improvement plans and projects implementation in close cooperation with logistics service providers.
6. Prepare warehouse operations and transportation budget and review actual vs. budget in monthly basis.
7. Train and coach 3PL key staff to improve warehouse management knowledge and skills. Build a strong and efficient regional Logistics team.

任职要求：
1. University graduate
2. 4 Year experience in logistics, 2 year in supervisory position.
3. Experience in 3PL management. |
