职位描述：
Purpose of Job:
Follow company mid and long term objective, develop and lead the team to build high efficient logistics network to support warehouse management, transportation and distribution. Continuously improve customer satisfaction level and provide Golden Rule service to Sales force. |
主要职责：
Responsibilities:
1.Continuously implement logistics strategy with the growth and development of company business. Build the widest order distribution network in China among competitors while controlling logistics operations cost. Provide multiple and convenient order picking choices to sales force.
2.Ensure there is continuous improvement to standard logistics processes, such as replenishment, data interchange systems, demand management, warehouse management, shipping, receiving, data systems administration and other related functions are all effectively implemented as appropriate.
3.Coach and develop logistics team in warehouse management, transportation and distribution, and service center management. Build up an efficient, flexible and customer orientated team to meet sales force’s demand and support rapid growing business in China.
4.Build and maintain relationships with strategic logistic partners through logistics initiatives, resolve customer / operational issues, enhance distribution network and solutions, review and approve contract price. Continuously create cost saving initiatives while keeping satisfactory service level.
5.Provide sales force a stable business environment which meets government’s regulations on direct selling business.
6.Prepare budgets and manage warehouse operations and transportation expenses. Review actual vs. budget in timely basis.
7.Implement competent and effective Logistics Organization. Lead the team to embrace corporate culture and influence 3rd party management to recognize our philosophy and provide Golden rule Service to Sales Force.
8.40% travel is required.

任职要求：
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus
2.10+ Years experience in logistics management, strong in DC network setting, operation flow design.
3.5+ Years management experience. |
