职位描述：
| This position is to lead EHS, maintenance and engineering project implementation for whole site to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the plant operation. |
主要职责：
1. Lead site level EHS implementation: align MKI EHS group to maintain uniform EHS standard, establish site EHS framework and consolidate existing SOP to meet both internal and external requirements, promote site safety culture and corresponding activity, leverage all functional leaders to reinforce whole site industrial safety level.
2. Team Management: Maintain team accountable; allocate necessary resources for team career development, monitor and supervise team performance, develop a high competency, “execution-as-learn” engineering service team
3. Fixed Asset Management: take in charge of site FA whole-life management through investment, value engineering, maintenance and write-off, optimizes FA utilization as a key boosting force to support site operation.
4. Maintenance strategy implementation: establish and develop reliability centered maintenance strategy and annual preventative maintenance plan for all targeted functional sections, keep all maintenance effectiveness and process equipment/ utility systems performance traceable and predictable to meet site long term operation requirement.
5. Project Management: take charge of major engineering project in EHS, building/ utility and shopfloor engineering sections, make sure potential capacity gap can be indentified and solved in line with whole site strategic plan.
6. Lead manufacturing excellence implementation: utilize own professional team and leverage external engineering resources to optimize existing equipment and utility system, establish phased AM to reinforce equipment stability.
7. CEA & departmental expense management: consolidate annual CEA and expenditure budgetary plan, manage annual expenditure and CEA execution as per target.
8. Process optimization: take every opportunity to optimize the working process to improve the effectiveness and efficiency

任职要求：
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical engineering.
2. 8+ year experience in related area.
3. GMP knowledge is prefered
4. Good command of English |
