职位描述
Support supply chain through materials and bulks release at right first time. Manage QC lab according to GMP, EHS, ISO9001&14001 and Mary Kay global quality policies. |
主要职责：
主要职责
1.Set up QC objective to align with Quality & Technical support's.
2.Set up and complete QC laboratory operation and safety procedures to make sure that lab practices comply with GMP, EHS and Mary Kay policies.
3.Manage QC lab and assign daily work of materials and products testing to support supply chain with quick release.
4.Be responsible for analytical method validation to ensure test result accuracy and precision. And be responsible for lab equipment sourcing.
5.Lead materials & bulks Out Of Specification investigation. And make decision of release or reject.
6.Develop lab continuous improvement program. Lead lab self-inspection.
7.Closely work with Dallas QC and R&D team on new products technology. Get the timely support from MKD.
8.Perform raw material supplier audit. And lead the verification process for material localization project.
9.Coach and motivate team members.

任职要求：
职位要求
Education:
Undergraduate or above
Experience:
At least 3 years lab management experience in GMP labs.
Go through the job related JDE training and pass the necessary examination to be qualified user.
Knowledge:
-Chemical, Biological, Pharmaceutical or relative major in university
-Rich experience on good practices in lab
-Rich experience on ISO9001&14001 in lab
-Fluent spoken English |
